How to Pay Your Utility Bill

The City of Faribault provides water and sewer services. Utility Billing account information can be obtained online by clicking here or by contacting City Utility Billing at 507-333-0392 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residents are billed on a monthly basis for water, sewer and storm water utilities.
By Mail
You may mail your payment to the City of Faribault at:
                          208 1st Avenue NW
                          Faribault, MN 55021

Drop Off
You may drop off your utility payment at City Hall on 2nd floor, or by using the silver drop box located on the north side of the City Hall building (not the blue mailbox).

By Credit Card, Debit Card, or Electronic Payment
Now you can pay your utility bill with a credit card, debit card, or an electronic payment from your checking or savings account. There are no checks to write, no stamps to buy, and no fee to use the service! It's free, fast and easy to use.
Automatic Payment Plan
You can pay your utility bill from your checking or savings account automatically by providing your information on the Utility Billing Payment Authorization Form provided below.  This will authorize the City to automatically debit your bank account and pay your bill electronically.
