Customers can pay their utility bills via check or money order. These can be mailed to City Hall or placed in the drop box in the parking lot.  Customers can obtain a money order from multiple places, including their bank, Post Office, Hy-Vee, Walgreens, Walmart, Kwik Trip and Holiday, among others. If they incur a fee for the money order, people can submit the receipt with their payment and we will apply a credit to their utility bill for the amount of the fee.

Credit cards can be utilized by going to the city website on the Finance Department’s Utility Billing page.

Customers can also sign up for automatic payment plan by completing the Automatic Payment Plan Authorization Form and submitting it along with a voided check or  a savings deposit slip.

Customers can also sign up for payments through their online banking.

All payments are processed daily.  Staff will be here in City Hall and working remotely.  They will be able to answer phone calls and emails.
